Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Prompt Engineer/Generative AI Engineer to join our innovative team at FIAT USA! As a Prompt Engineer/Generative AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing natural language understanding and generation for our conversational AI. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a combination of strong technical skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in natural language processing, deep learning, and/or conversational AI development. A background in software engineering or computer science is also highly preferred. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and enhance natural language understanding and generation for FIAT USA's conversational AI.
  2. Utilize strong technical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  3. Work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  4. Possess a minimum of three years of experience in natural language processing, deep learning, and/or conversational AI development.
  5. Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Possess a background in software engineering or computer science.
  8. Troubleshoot and debug code.
  9. Research and stay up to date with industry trends and changes.
  10. Develop tests and test plans.
