  10. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and assist in their professional development.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all actuarial work and analyses.
  12. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Adhere to company standards and ethical guidelines in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Actuarial Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Actuary, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Large Data Sets.

  • Professional Certification Or Progress Towards Certification With The Society Of Actuaries Or The Casualty Actuarial Society.
