Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In A Defined Benefit Plan Environment
Strong Understanding Of Retirement Plan Regulations, Specifically Related To Defined Benefit Plans
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Sound Recommendations
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Sql, Excel, And Tableau, To Effectively Communicate Findings And Insights To Stakeholders.
