  1. Analyze and evaluate defined benefit retirement plans for clients.
  2. Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on analysis.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on defined benefit plans.
  4. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in recommendations.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
  8. Communicate complex information and data in a clear and concise manner to clients.
  9. Conduct presentations and trainings for clients on defined benefit plans.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and services for defined benefit plans.
  12. Stay updated on changing market conditions and adjust recommendations accordingly.
  13. Uphold company values and maintain a client-focused mindset in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Defined Benefit Plans: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Defined Benefit Plans, Including Their Design, Administration, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Experience With Pension Administration Systems: Fidelity Investments Utilizes Various Pension Administration Systems, Such As V3 And Aon Hewitt, So The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With These Systems Or Similar Ones.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Business Analyst, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues Related To Defined Benefit Plans.

  • Familiarity With Industry Regulations: Knowledge Of Industry Regulations, Such As Erisa And Pbgc, Is Crucial In This Role To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Risk For Fidelity Investments And Its Clients.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Position Requires Frequent Interaction With Various Teams, Including Actuaries, Developers, And Project Managers. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
