Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis Or Consulting, With A Focus On Defined Benefit Plans

  • Strong Understanding Of Pension Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Erisa And Pbgc

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Modeling, Using Tools Such As Sql And Excel

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization
