Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis Or Consulting, With A Focus On Defined Benefit Plans
Strong Understanding Of Pension Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Erisa And Pbgc
Experience With Data Analysis And Modeling, Using Tools Such As Sql And Excel
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization
