  1. Lead and manage a team of retirement planners to provide excellent service and solutions to clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve company and individual retirement planning goals.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  4. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
  5. Work closely with other departments and teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient processes.
  6. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.
  7. Use data and analytics to track team and individual performance and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Continuously review and improve retirement planning processes to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their retirement planning needs.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting the brand.
  11. Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions to educate clients and team members on retirement planning.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies and campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  13. Manage budget and resources effectively to achieve financial targets and optimize team productivity.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to retirement planning.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members on complex retirement planning cases.
