Job Description

Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving success and growth? Fidelity Investments is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to equip our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, with excellent communication and leadership skills.   1. Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to support the growth and success of the sales team.
  2. Create and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement program that includes training, tools, and resources to support the sales team.
  3. Collaborate with sales leadership to understand their needs and identify areas for improvement in their sales processes.
  4. Conduct regular assessments and analysis of the sales team's performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure the sales team has the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales enablement initiatives.
  7. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs, making adjustments as needed to drive results.
  8. Provide coaching and support to sales team members, helping them to overcome challenges and improve their performance.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and incorporate them into the company's strategies.
  10. Lead and manage a team of sales enablement professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and development opportunities.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on sales enablement initiatives and results.
  12. Collaborate with HR to develop and implement sales training and development programs for new hires and existing team members.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to sales enablement.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our sales enablement strategies and successes.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate the sales enablement program to drive even greater success for the sales team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Sales Enablement Strategies And Programs.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With Experience In Managing A Team Of Sales Enablement Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
