  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement strategies to drive sales excellence across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key sales enablement initiatives.
  3. Design and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  4. Create and maintain sales enablement tools, resources, and materials to support the sales process.
  5. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to the sales enablement program.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement to continuously improve the program.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with sales leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sales enablement initiatives.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  9. Provide coaching and support to sales team members to enhance their understanding of products, services, and industry trends.
  10. Align sales enablement initiatives with overall business goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.
  11. Lead and manage a team of sales enablement professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  12. Communicate the value and impact of sales enablement initiatives to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  13. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to sales enablement activities.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of sales enablement programs to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement Or Sales Training, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Sales Enablement Programs And Initiatives, Including Developing And Implementing Training Strategies, Content, And Tools.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Deep Understanding Of Sales Processes, Methodologies, And Technology, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Metrics To Measure The Effectiveness Of Enablement Initiatives.
