Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics, With Proven Experience Managing A Team.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
