• Develop and maintain relationships with plan sponsors, financial advisors, and participants to ensure successful implementation and management of 401K plans.
• Provide guidance and support to clients in managing their retirement plans, including conducting plan reviews and offering recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to retirement planning and investment strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Utilize strong understanding of retirement plan design and investment products to educate and advise clients on optimizing their 401K plans.
• Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns raised by clients, and work to find solutions in a timely and effective manner.
