  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements for new technology initiatives.
  4. Design and document system architecture, workflows, and processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  5. Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously enhance Fidelity's systems and processes.
  7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of system documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  11. Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies, ensuring they meet Fidelity's standards and requirements.
  12. Conduct regular system testing and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality of new technology solutions.
  13. Train and mentor team members on systems analysis best practices and processes.
  14. Adhere to Fidelity's security and compliance standards while implementing new technology solutions.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes, increasing efficiency and effectiveness of Fidelity's technology systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Systems Analysis, Design, And Implementation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems And Products, Specifically In The Investment Industry.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages And Databases, Such As Sql, Java, And Oracle, As Well As Experience With Systems Analysis Tools And Methodologies.
