- Develop and implement a data analytics and insights strategy to support business objectives and improve customer experience.
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive their professional growth and development.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, to understand business needs and deliver relevant insights.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets, drawing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Design and deliver presentations and reports to communicate data-driven insights to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and insights, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and techniques into the organization.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by continuously monitoring and improving data quality processes.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of data analytics and insights initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics and insights, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
Extensive Experience In Data Analytics And Insights: A Senior Manager At Fidelity Investments Should Have A Strong Background In Data Analytics, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. They Should Be Knowledgeable In Various Data Analysis Techniques And Tools, And Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Insights And Recommendations That Drive Business Growth.
Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Data Analysts And Insights Specialists. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, And Be Able To Effectively Delegate Tasks And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Goals.
Business Acumen: In Addition To Technical Skills, A Senior Manager At Fidelity Investments Should Also Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry And The Company's Products And Services. They Should Be Able To Connect Data Insights To Business Strategies And Make Data-Driven Decisions That Impact The Company's Bottom Line.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Think Strategically And Identify Opportunities For Improvement And Growth Based On Data Insights. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Complex Data Issues And Find Creative Solutions To Achieve Business Objectives.
Project Management Experience: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have Experience Managing Projects And Delivering Results Within Tight Timelines.
