- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent for various positions within Fidelity Investments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions and requirements that accurately reflect the role and the company culture.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough and efficient screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process and promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of talent acquisition.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for improvements to the recruitment process.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity metrics.
- Represent Fidelity Investments at career fairs, conferences, and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract top talent.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Fidelity Investments, promoting the company's values and culture to potential candidates.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, including creating and maintaining employer brand messaging and content.
- Mentor and train junior members of the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Continuously strive to improve and streamline the talent acquisition process, identifying and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment process.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Financial Services Or Technology Industry.
Demonstrated Experience In Full-Cycle Recruitment, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Candidates.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruiting Strategies And Techniques, Including Social Media And Networking.
Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
