  1. Develop and implement strategies for the use of AI in healthcare, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of highly skilled individuals, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and growth.
  3. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting open communication, creativity, and continuous learning.
  4. Oversee the development and implementation of AI solutions and technologies, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for the use of AI in healthcare.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in AI technology, and make recommendations for their integration into company processes and systems.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive successful adoption of AI solutions.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including HIPAA and data privacy laws.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Act as a spokesperson for the AI team, presenting updates and progress to senior leadership and external audiences.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on AI technology and its applications in healthcare, providing guidance and support to the broader organization.
