- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive internal communication culture across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and oversee the execution of internal communication campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and measurement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all internal communication initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging.
- Manage a team of internal communication professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and employees, to understand their communication needs and address any concerns.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in internal communication to continuously improve and innovate our strategies.
- Administer internal communication tools and platforms, including email, intranet, and other digital channels, to effectively disseminate information and engage employees.
- Oversee the planning and execution of company-wide events and initiatives to promote employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
- Monitor and analyze internal communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications, Preferably In A Financial Institution Or Large Corporation.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Internal Communication Strategies To Engage And Inform Employees.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Clear And Compelling Messages For Various Internal Audiences.
