At Fifth Third Bank, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and organized Email Marketing Manager, Salesforce to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of the marketing strategy, the Email Marketing Manager, Salesforce will be responsible for leveraging Salesforce technology to create, execute, and track email campaigns. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent technical and communication skills.The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce, email marketing best practices, and a passion for achieving results. They will have a good eye for design, be able to work collaboratively with other teams, and have a proven track record of success in managing email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an experienced problem solver who is comfortable with data analysis and A/B testing. Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize Salesforce technology to create, execute, and track email campaigns.
  2. Analyze data and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to management.
  5. Keep up to date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and new technologies.
  6. Ensure campaigns are in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  7. Develop creative and effective email designs.
  8. Develop and execute strategies to increase email subscriber base.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all campaigns and subscribers.
  10. Suggest improvements to existing processes and procedures.
