1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives for Fifth Third Bank to reduce its environmental impact and promote sustainability.

11. Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to develop and implement internal and external sustainability communications.
12. Develop and manage budgets for sustainability initiatives and projects.
13. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in sustainability and make recommendations for the bank's sustainability strategy.
14. Foster a culture of sustainability by engaging and motivating employees to participate in sustainability efforts.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve current sustainability practices and procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
