Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as a Retail Personal Banker Associate at Fifth Third Bank. As a Retail Personal Banker Associate, you will have the opportunity to use your customer service experience and financial expertise to build relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and offer appropriate solutions. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem solving ability, and a customer service-oriented mindset.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of retail banking experience, with an emphasis on customer service and sales. It is also important that the candidate have a comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services. In addition, the successful candidate should have the ability to think critically, work both independently and collaboratively, and have a demonstrated commitment to professional excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers with banking inquiries and transactions.
  2. Provide customers with information and advice on banking products and services.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to recommend banking solutions to customers.
  5. Accurately and timely process customer transactions.
  6. Follow all compliance regulations and policies set forth by Fifth Third Bank.
  7. Monitor customer accounts and provide updates as needed.
  8. Remain knowledgeable of all banking products and services offered by Fifth Third Bank.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support to customers.
  10. Adhere to established customer service standards and procedures.
