At First Citizens Bank, we are looking for a highly motivated Compliance Officer – Fair and Responsible Banking who will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the bank’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of banking regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering fair and responsible banking services to our customers.The Compliance Officer – Fair and Responsible Banking will work collaboratively with a variety of teams, including Risk, Legal, and Operations, to ensure that the bank is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of relevant compliance experience, and a professional certification related to banking compliance.
