  1. Assist the Vulnerability Management team in identifying potential security risks within the organization.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities in our systems and processes.
  3. Work closely with team members to develop and implement mitigation strategies for identified risks.
  4. Participate in regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities.
  5. Create and maintain detailed documentation of identified vulnerabilities and their corresponding remediation plans.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of identified vulnerabilities.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and developments in order to enhance the organization's vulnerability management practices.
  8. Communicate with team members and management on a regular basis to provide updates on vulnerability management activities.
  9. Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees on cybersecurity best practices.
  10. Support the team in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to vulnerability management.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations, while performing job duties.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  13. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the team leader or supervisor.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes, procedures, and techniques to enhance the effectiveness of the Vulnerability Management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Vulnerability Management Processes And Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Vulnerability Management Processes And Tools, Such As Vulnerability Scanners, Penetration Testing, And Risk Assessment Methodologies.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Information Security Principles: A Strong Foundation In Information Security Principles, Including Confidentiality, Integrity, And Availability, Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Including Pci Dss And Iso 27001.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Security Issues And Identify Vulnerabilities Is A Key Requirement For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Develop And Implement Effective Remediation Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Vulnerability Management Initiatives.

  • Prior Experience In Vulnerability Management: Previous Experience In Vulnerability Management, Either Through Internships, Coursework, Or Relevant Projects, Is Highly Desirable. Familiarity With Vulnerability Management Tools And Processes Is Also Preferred.
