
Customer Contact Center Representative
At First Citizens Bank, we are looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations. As the public face of our organization, you must be passionate about providing an outstanding level of service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and the desire to build relationships with our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. You must also be able to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
