At First Citizens Bank, we are looking for a Senior Collections Resolution Specialist who is focused on providing excellent customer service while resolving customer collections issues. This individual will be a key member of our Collections team and will need to possess both excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills to be successful.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in collections and/or customer service, as well as an understanding of collection regulations.
