- Lead and manage a team of technology professionals to deliver high-quality and innovative technology solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and translate them into actionable technology plans.
- Oversee the delivery of technology projects, from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely and efficient delivery within budget and scope.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address potential risks and issues.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Corporate Tech team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation to improve business processes and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external technology vendors and partners.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in for technology initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on technology delivery progress to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security protocols in all technology delivery processes.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in technology delivery.
Extensive Experience In Technology Delivery And Project Management, With A Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Technology Projects On Time And Within Budget.
