  1. Analyze client product usage and performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive product strategy.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and make data-driven recommendations for product enhancements.
  3. Monitor and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product changes and identify areas for further improvement.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
  5. Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  6. Collaborate with product development teams to prioritize and implement product features and improvements.
  7. Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external clients.
  8. Ensure product compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  9. Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to inform product development.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and address any product-related issues or concerns.
  11. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in consumer behavior to inform product strategy.
  12. Train and educate internal teams on product features and updates.
  13. Prepare and present reports on product performance and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  14. Continuously analyze and evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions to drive product growth and success.
  15. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging and positioning strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Market Research, Product Analysis, Or Data Analytics.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Draw Actionable Insights.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Data Visualization Tools (E.g. Tableau, Power Bi).

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Findings And Recommendations To Various Stakeholders.
