- Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase revenue from corporate accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of corporate accounts and any potential risks or opportunities.
- Mentor and develop account management team members to ensure a high level of performance and growth within the department.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue and retention within corporate accounts.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the account management process.
- Meet or exceed set targets for revenue, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Corporate Account Management Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Large Corporate Accounts.
Extensive Knowledge Of Payment Processing And Financial Services Industry.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills.
