In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing our fraud risk management strategy, ensuring the safety and security of our customers' financial transactions.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive fraud risk management strategy for the company.
  2. Lead a team of fraud risk professionals to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
  3. Monitor and analyze fraud trends and patterns to proactively identify and address potential threats.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and operations, to implement effective fraud prevention controls.
  5. Conduct ongoing risk assessments and make recommendations for process improvements and enhancements to mitigate fraud risk.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to fraud risk management.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance fraud prevention efforts.
  8. Conduct regular training and education sessions for employees on fraud prevention and awareness.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on fraud risk management initiatives and outcomes.
  10. Develop and maintain fraud risk policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  11. Investigate and resolve fraud incidents, including working with law enforcement and other external parties as necessary.
  12. Monitor and review fraud detection systems and tools to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  13. Stay updated on emerging fraud trends and technologies to continuously enhance fraud prevention efforts.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure fraud risk management aligns with overall company policies and objectives.
  15. Uphold the company's values and standards of ethics and integrity in all fraud risk management activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, With At Least 5 Years Specifically In Fraud Risk Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Payment Processing Industry, Including Card Networks, Merchant Acquiring, And E-Commerce.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fraud Prevention Techniques, Including Fraud Detection Systems, Rules Engines, And Machine Learning.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Fraud Risk Management Strategies, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Identify Trends And Patterns To Mitigate Fraud Risk.
