  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience for the Prepaid division, in line with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our prepaid clients.
  3. Identify and analyze customer needs and expectations, and work with various departments to develop and implement solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators related to client experience, and make necessary adjustments to improve overall satisfaction and retention.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in delivering services to prepaid clients.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and proactively make recommendations for improvement to leadership.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prepaid clients, acting as a primary point of contact for any issues or concerns.
  8. Lead the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  9. Oversee the resolution of escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  10. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and retention within the prepaid division.
  11. Manage and report on departmental budget and expenses.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team, promoting a customer-centric culture.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  14. Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and stay informed on industry developments.
  15. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the overall client experience and any areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Client Management: A Director Of Client Experience, Prepaid Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Client Management, Preferably In The Prepaid Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team And Dealing With High-Level Clients.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Prepaid Industry: A Thorough Understanding Of The Prepaid Industry, Including Regulations, Trends, And Industry Best Practices, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Prepaid Market And Its Potential For Growth.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Director Of Client Experience, Prepaid Will Be Responsible For Managing Relationships With High-Level Clients And Internal Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are A Must For This Role.
