- Conduct thorough investigations into potential fraudulent activities within First Data's payment systems.
- Utilize various tools and techniques to analyze data and identify patterns and trends that may indicate fraudulent behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and evidence for fraud cases.
- Communicate with clients and their customers to gather additional information and resolve fraud claims.
- Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and procedures to minimize risk and protect clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fraud detection and prevention.
- Provide regular reports and updates on fraud cases and trends to management.
- Work closely with law enforcement and other external partners to investigate and prosecute fraud cases.
- Train and educate other team members on fraud detection and prevention techniques.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to fraud prevention and risk management.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fraud Investigation Or Financial Crime Detection.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Patterns And Trends In Data.
Knowledge Of Fraud Prevention Techniques And Regulatory Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Independently Or As Part Of A Team.
