  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of First Data-Fiserv's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  2. Conduct market research and prospect for new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
  4. Understand clients' needs and business objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive sales.
  5. Continuously meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  6. Utilize effective sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to generate and close new business.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful sales process.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.
  9. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  10. Represent First Data-Fiserv in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
  11. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  12. Continuously develop and improve sales strategies and techniques to drive business growth.
  13. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for First Data-Fiserv and promote a positive image in the market.
  15. Travel within assigned territory as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Outside Sales, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For An Outside Sales Representative. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients, As Well As Communicate Clearly With Internal Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Payment Processing: A Strong Understanding Of Payment Processing Products And Services Is Important For This Role. Candidates Should Be Familiar With Industry Trends, Competitors, And Have The Ability To Effectively Communicate The Value Of First Data-Fiserv's Offerings To Potential Clients.

  • Relationship Building Skills: Outside Sales Representatives Need To Be Able To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients. This Requires Strong Interpersonal Skills, The Ability To Identify And Address Customer Needs, And A Proactive Approach To Client Management.

  • Self-Motivated And Results-Driven: This Role Requires A Highly Self-Motivated Individual Who Is Driven To Achieve Results. Candidates Should Be Comfortable Working Independently, Managing Their Own Schedule, And Have A Strong Work Ethic. The Ability To Adapt To Changing Market Conditions And Quickly Identify New Opportunities Is Also Important.
