- Develop, implement, and drive the strategy for our electronic billing solution, eBill.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define product roadmap for eBill.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements.
- Define and prioritize feature backlog based on business and customer needs.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and developments.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues related to eBill.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product messaging and positioning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to support product development.
- Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from clients and end-users to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance standards in the payments industry.
- Train and educate internal teams on eBill product features and updates.

Strong Understanding Of Product Management: A Product Owner At First Data Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Product Management Principles, Including Market Analysis, Product Development, And Product Lifecycle Management.
Experience With Ebill Technologies: First Data's Product Owner For Ebill Should Have Experience Working With Ebilling Technologies And Platforms, Such As Ebpp, Eipp, Or Ebpp. This Will Ensure They Have A Strong Understanding Of The Product And Its Features.
Analytical Skills: As A Product Owner, It Is Important To Be Able To Analyze Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Data To Make Informed Decisions About The Product. A Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical Skills To Effectively Gather And Interpret Data.
