  2. Collaborate with a team of developers to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions.

  4. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets project requirements.
  5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues to ensure high-quality and bug-free code.

  8. Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  9. Continuously learn and improve coding practices and processes.
  10. Follow best practices and coding standards to maintain consistency and quality of code.
  11. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve any issues.
  13. Participate in agile development methodologies and ceremonies.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  15. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides.
  16. Identify and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the development process.
  17. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues in the development process.
  18. Take ownership of software development tasks and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  19. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure software meets quality standards.
  20. Act as a technical subject matter expert and provide guidance to other team members when needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In C# And .Net Development: A Senior Software Developer At First Data Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With C# And .Net Development, Including Expertise In Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, And Algorithms.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Engineering Principles: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Strong Foundation In Software Engineering Principles, Such As Design Patterns, Coding Standards, And Best Practices.
