Strong Technical Background: A Sr. Engineering Manager At First Data-Fiserv Should Possess A Strong Technical Background, With In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Processes, Tools, And Methodologies. This Includes Experience With Agile Development, Devops, And Cloud-Based Technologies.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Engineers To Achieve Their Full Potential.
