  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize client's card programs and drive business success.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of client's current card program and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and create customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to provide clients with the most relevant and effective strategies.
  5. Communicate and present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure successful implementation of recommended strategies.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on card program management, including regulations, technology, and best practices.
  9. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and solutions.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for First Data-Fiserv, promoting our mission and values to clients and industry partners.
  13. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  14. Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
  15. Stay accountable for meeting individual and team goals, as well as contributing to overall company success.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Strategic Card Programs: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Payments Industry And A Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Successful Card Programs.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: A Strategic Card Specialist/Consultant Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Opportunities For Improvement In Card Programs, As Well As Develop Innovative Strategies To Achieve Business Objectives.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Will Involve Working With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Partners, And Internal Teams. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships.

  • Project Management Experience: The Role May Involve Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, So The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Execution, And Monitoring Of Project Timelines And Budgets.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance: A Strategic Card Specialist/Consultant Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements To Ensure That All Card Programs Are In Line With Legal And Regulatory Standards.
