Leadership And Management Experience: The Vice President Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Responsible For Implementing And Maintaining Business Continuity And Disaster Recovery Programs. This Includes Setting Goals, Delegating Responsibilities, And Providing Guidance And Support To Team Members.
Risk Management Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Risk Management And Be Able To Identify Potential Risks And Vulnerabilities In Business Operations. This Includes The Ability To Develop And Implement Risk Mitigation Strategies.
