Job Description

Customer service is the heartbeat of PREMIER Bankcard. We depend on our Customer Service Professionals to represent our brand & services while helping our customers reach their goals. You will be an advocate to customers reaching out for support, fielding inbound calls, troubleshooting inquiries, and solving customer needs & concerns. Customer Service has proven to be a launching pad of development that has translated into long term careers throughout PREMIER Bankcard.
