Build, edit and maintain customer loans within the core accounting application, including maintenance requests related to modifications, extensions, account maintenance, automatic payments, etc. Process customer loan payments and other transactions. Stay current with and apply banking regulations to assigned daily tasks. Scan and index loan documentation for filing and tracking in imaging system. Maintain tickler files for any missing documentation, insurance and other expiring documents, and future loan deadlines and/or activities. Provide internal and external customer service support, research, and follow-up, including telephone support. Lead departmental projects and enhancements and change implementation. Serve as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on various project teams and collaborate with multiple levels of the organization. Utilize time management skills to balance between task and project assignments.
