Total Rewards Leave Specialist

Serves as the subject matter expert for PREMIER’s leave of absence programs (FMLA, general leave, military leave). Act as a liaison between Employees, Management and outside vendors as needed. Coordinates and administers all types of routine and complex leaves of absence. Supports the approval/denial process for the employee’s leave cases based on relevant medical information. Works closely with employees to ensure that all relevant documentation is completed and submitted for timely review. Ensures that all confidential employee leave of absence records are kept in compliance with HIPPA and PREMIER’s policies and are closely monitored and effectively executed. Work with vendor to process worker’s compensation claims in a timely manner. Respond to and resolve customer service requests according to PREMIER policies in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner at all times. Reviews personnel data for accuracy and enters data into Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
