Works closely with Key Account and RSM to plan account strategy. Manages and cultivates account relationships to leverage growth opportunities. Deeply understands account business and environmental influences. Keeps current on changes and best practice that influence retail’s strategic plans and shares this with the Regional Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers. Knows the “account makers” and knows the Sales reps who we need to convert on to the brand. Monitors daily sales performance metrics, and reporting to maximise sell through, revenue and margin. Identifies key outside influencers in the SDA community who shop and send clients to the account and cultivates a relationship with these outside influencers.
