
Senior Manager Merch and CRM
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Merch and CRM to join our team at Flipkart! As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Merchandising and Customer Relationship Management teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. We are looking for someone with a solid background in both Merchandising and CRM, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be creative and have an eye for detail.You should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, and a degree in Business Administration or a related field. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of successfully managing teams, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Merchandising and Customer Relationship Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the industry and customer needs to inform strategic and creative decisions.
- Plan, evaluate, and implement processes and initiatives to optimize customer experience and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to address any issues or concerns.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Develop and oversee budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Recruit, train, and manage team members to ensure they are meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends to ensure the team is using the most effective strategies and technologies.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Or Related Field
