As a Center Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our center store department, ensuring that products are stocked and displayed correctly, and providing excellent customer service.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the center store department, including product stocking, organization, and displays.
  2. Ensure that all products in the center store are properly stocked, labeled, and priced according to company standards.
  3. Train and supervise center store team members, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering products as needed to meet customer demands.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

  11. Monitor and control expenses within the center store department, working to meet budget and financial goals.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, incorporating new products and techniques into store operations.
  13. Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating center store team members to maintain a high-performing and motivated team.
  14. Represent Food Lion in a positive and professional manner, promoting the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  15. Continuously strive to improve store operations and customer service, seeking out opportunities for growth and development within the company.
