Bachelor's Degree In Business, Agriculture, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Produce Sales Or Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Produce Industry Trends, Pricing, And Quality Standards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Sales Team.
