1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, providing product information, and addressing any concerns or issues.
3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing products, and ensuring checkout counters are clean and well-stocked.
5. Assist customers with finding products and making recommendations based on their needs.
6. Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and provide assistance as needed.
8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
9. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to assist customers in finding the best deals.
10. Adhere to all food safety regulations and properly handle and store perishable items.
11. Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
