- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect Ford's autonomous and electric vehicles from potential cyber threats.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in AV/EV systems and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into the design, development, and testing of new AV/EV technologies.
- Monitor and analyze AV/EV systems for any suspicious activity or potential cyber attacks.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, and proactively propose new methods to enhance Ford's cybersecurity measures.
- Conduct regular security audits and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation of cybersecurity processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Train and educate other team members on cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
- Respond to and mitigate any cybersecurity incidents or breaches in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate cybersecurity risks and strategies to stakeholders and management, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity, Preferably In The Automotive Industry
Knowledge Of Automotive Security Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso/Sae 21434 And Wp.29
Familiarity With Av/Ev Technology And Systems, Including Adas, Ota Updates, And Connected Vehicles
Certifications In Cybersecurity, Such As Cissp Or Cism, Are Preferred But Not Required.
