  10. Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new equipment and technologies.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  13. Communicate regularly with management and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, equipment performance, and any potential issues or concerns.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives related to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
