- Develop and optimize the manufacturing processes for the cell-to-pack assembly line.
- Analyze and identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry advancements to continuously improve processes.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality production.
- Train and mentor production team members on new processes and procedures.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise in the production process.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment for the production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to incorporate new technology and innovations into the production processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements to ensure Ford remains at the forefront of electric vehicle production.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Electrical, Or Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Assembly Manufacturing, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Cell-To-Pack Assembly Processes, Including Knowledge Of Equipment And Technologies Used.
Ability To Analyze And Troubleshoot Complex Assembly Issues, And Implement Solutions To Improve Efficiency And Quality.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
