  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive people analytics and planning strategy for the organization.
  2. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns in employee data, providing insights and recommendations to inform talent strategy.
  3. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
  4. Lead the design and implementation of data-driven tools and processes to support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on people analytics, staying current on industry trends and best practices.
  6. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to support decision-making related to workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
  7. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate key insights to leadership.
  8. Manage a team of analysts and data professionals, providing guidance and support to drive results.
  9. Collaborate with HRIS team to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve upon current processes and methods to enhance the effectiveness of people analytics and planning initiatives.
  11. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee data.
  12. Communicate and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  13. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and promote the use of people analytics throughout the organization.
  14. Stay informed on industry regulations and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
  15. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
