  10. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and collaborate on project initiatives.
  11. Participate in regular project meetings and provide updates on performance development progress.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that all work meets Ford's quality standards.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to vehicle performance.
  14. Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance development processes and procedures.
  15. Prepare and present performance development reports and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Automotive Product Development, Preferably With A Focus On Performance Vehicles.

  • Strong Understanding Of Vehicle Dynamics, Engine Performance, And Powertrain Systems.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Vehicle Simulation Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers.
