Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Factors Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Designing, Testing, And Evaluating Usability Of Automotive Products.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Human Factors, Ergonomics, And User-Centered Design.
Proficiency In Various Human Factors Tools And Techniques Such As User Research, Task Analysis, And Usability Testing.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams Including Design, Engineering, And Marketing.
