  4. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and enhance the driving experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in human factors engineering to drive innovation.
  6. Use data and insights to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards for human factors engineering.
  8. Communicate and present design concepts and findings to stakeholders and team members.
  9. Ensure that all vehicle designs meet safety and regulatory standards.
  10. Collaborate with external partners, such as universities and research institutions, to further advance human factors engineering at Ford Motor Company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Factors Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Designing, Testing, And Evaluating Usability Of Automotive Products.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Human Factors, Ergonomics, And User-Centered Design.

  • Proficiency In Various Human Factors Tools And Techniques Such As User Research, Task Analysis, And Usability Testing.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams Including Design, Engineering, And Marketing.
