  1. Conduct NVH and durability analysis on vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  2. Utilize CAE tools and techniques to simulate and predict NVH and durability performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve engineering issues related to NVH and durability.
  4. Develop and implement new methods and procedures to improve NVH and durability analysis processes.
  5. Provide technical expertise and support to other engineers and teams within the company.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in NVH and durability technology.
  7. Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for NVH and durability issues.
  8. Prepare and present reports and presentations on NVH and durability analysis findings.
  9. Participate in vehicle testing and validation activities.
  10. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate within the NVH and durability engineering field.
  12. Mentor and train junior engineers on NVH and durability analysis techniques.
  13. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality NVH and durability components.
  14. Take ownership of projects and ensure timely completion within budget.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Background In Mechanical Engineering: A Nvh & Durability Cae Engineer At Ford Motor Must Possess A Solid Understanding Of Mechanical Engineering Principles, Including Structural Mechanics, Dynamics, And Vibration Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Cae Software: The Role Requires Advanced Knowledge And Experience With Computer-Aided Engineering (Cae) Software, Such As Ansys, Nastran, And Ls-Dyna. Candidates Should Be Able To Create Accurate And Efficient Finite Element Models For Nvh And Durability Analysis.

  • Familiarity With Automotive Industry Standards: Ford Motor Is A Leading Automotive Company, And Candidates Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards, Regulations, And Best Practices Related To Nvh And Durability.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Interpretation: The Nvh & Durability Cae Engineer Will Be Responsible For Analyzing And Interpreting Data From Physical Tests And Simulations. Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail Are Essential For This Role.
