- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
- Conduct product testing and validation to ensure products meet performance and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and quality control.
- Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Continuously seek ways to improve product design, development processes, and overall team performance.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Development, Preferably In The Automotive Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Cad Software, Such As Catia Or Pro/Engineer
Familiarity With Ford's Product Development Process And Quality Standards
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Find Innovative Solutions To Complex Engineering Challenges.
